We ask “why” all the time. We want to know what makes you tick, why you’re so into house plants, what the light is going to be like on the North side of this building at 4:30pm in early November, what drew you to the fascinating world of aggregates in the first place, where that milk comes from, and where you got that little machine that sprays out your nanoparticles. If you’re not a curious person, you really ought to reconsider, because Curiosity keeps life interesting. It is much fun, and it makes our work better.
Imagination
Creativity fires off all the right receptors in our brains. There is so much dopamine happening during creative brainstorming sessions in our little treehouse studio that maybe it should be regulated by the FDA. Our job is to imagine things, then make them real. How ridiculously cool is that?
Good Humor
We are drawn to people who share our good humor, and we accompany our hard work with a healthy portion of play. In the world of production, things sometimes get a little tricky, even “really messed up” every once in a while. Good humor and honesty go a long way to get through those difficult moments and come out the other end with a good story to tell. With good humor, the experience of making great work is much more fulfilling.
